Filmar came in with a site built like a store while the true goal was lead generation. We needed to refocus the experience around four clear segments: aquatic research, golf sports, bird control and commercial fishing. Structure and wording shifted by industry, with technical net specs that confused non experts. The proprietary CMS blocked agility, slowed iteration and made marketing integrations painful. The timeline was tight due to a grant, and the client team was small. We had to keep existing SEO value, simplify messages, prepare for a future return to e commerce and connect conversion tracking in HubSpot or Klaviyo without breaking what already worked.

Stinson repositioned the site for lead gen with a clean content architecture and Figma layouts for the key templates. We built a Solutions hub that doubles as the model for each industry page, with concise messaging, hard proof and visible calls to action. We migrated to WordPress and a modular design system that evolves fast, then wired in marketing integrations for lead tracking. Navigation was rebuilt with a mega menu, subtle hover micro interactions, lean product cards and color coded categories. The visual identity favors clarity, with smart placement of Custom solutions, a Terminology glossary and case studies. SEO value stays intact and the structure is ready to add pages, deepen content and turn on more automations. The outcome is clear: more qualified inquiries and a team that can run the machine.
