Tartinades Punch is a Quebec-based company specializing in organic spreads with original flavors. Well established in some 50 retail outlets across the province, it now wants to structure its digital presence to better support its B2B growth, particularly with distributors and retailers. During our first meeting, several technical and strategic issues were raised. The website had significant errors on the home page, including broken images and missing content. The English version was unusable, causing a poor user experience and damaging the brand image. Limitations in product management also prevented the addition of new variants, and traces of past hacking were still visible in the system. The mobile experience was suboptimal, loading times were slow, and the site struggled to fulfill its role in supporting indirect sales. The mission was therefore twofold: to stabilize the platform and lay the foundations for an online presence consistent with the company's ambitions.

Rather than repairing a fragile foundation, we proposed rebuilding the entire site. The goal was to start afresh on solid foundations, designed for performance, stability, and scalability. The new site was developed on a modern, streamlined structure, optimized for mobile devices and search engines. The content architecture was redesigned to highlight the company's mission, its products, and its presence in retail outlets. We also implemented best practices in security and technical SEO. This fresh start allows Tartinades Punch to better reflect its identity online, while being ready to support its growth and distribution efforts in the long term.
